32 Weeks

December is blowing my mind! I think it's only because NEXT MONTH IS JANUARY!
(for those of you who don't have a calendar & didn't know ;)

32 weeks of pregnancy!!
woot woot! woot woot! woot woot!

I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this way but goodness can it be over already? I'm ready to hold my mini me, or mini Joseph, or my perfect little mix of us. 32 weeks, 32 weeks, it's getting closer & closer!

Although it is getting closer judging by how far along I am, it feels like each day slows down & lasts longer and longer than the day before.

Is this real life? Sleeping is exhausting in its own. Wake up, fall asleep, wake up, pray to fall back asleep and the pattern continues. My arm is constantly falling asleep because I can't get it in a good position that's comfortable. I have no pregnancy pillow so I will blame part of my insomnia on that. Eating is getting more complicated too. This week I learned, I can't stand the smell of ground beef cooking. It's disgusting to me. But I love the smell of chopped garlic. Weird? 90% of the time I can't decide what I do want to eat, it's like nothing sounds good- so I'm living on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and apples with peanut butter. At least there is still protein in those. Oh, and baked potatoes. Can't get enough of those.

This week I have been "nesting" again. I washed some more clothes and blankets and I organized her closet a little more. I also got some more little things in the mail for our little one. Mommy's getting a little order crazy online. I can't help it though. Everything is just so precious. I'm personally increasing Caroline's Seminole apparel. She has a lot of Alabama fan gear, which is wonderful (roll tide!) but, she will also be a Nole girl. She will be both until she is old enough to decide for herself :)

I'm trying to do all kinds of things to distract myself.

I've finished all my Christmas shopping. I just need to wrap now.

And we're basically done decorating the house. Our tree is up! Yay. We just have to find a tree topper that we really like.. we're kind of picky. Our stockings our hung, for the dogs and all, & lights are all around our house! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas (imagine that in the tune of the song itself). fa la la la la la la la la

The decision is in! It's looking like it's going to be all of the Turner side of the family down here for Christmas! Ready to see the In-Laws! :) & I know Ace is going to be super excited to play with Jake!

I know I'll be missing my part of the fam on Christmas Day itself, buttttttt

To follow up Christmas... Joseph, Ace and I are headed to Niceville to see the Robb side of our fam! I've missed them. & it's my last opportunity to spend time with Matt before Caroline is here. (which come to think of it, I haven't seen him since the wedding). Wish we could have a beer together for old times sake, or like last Christmas, Power Hour before Santa comes. (I smile and get a little chuckle just thinking about it). Good memories. So this year it'll be different but I know it'll be just as great of a "Christmas Break."

I just want to put it out there- Netflix is amazing. I stream during the day and then movies come in the mail every other day, so that's kind of nice. Joseph & I just finished watching the series Homeland. (If you haven't seen it, start it, it's completely worth it!) We watched both seasons that are on Netflix, now we're waiting for the 3rd season to be put on there since we're too late in the season to watch it on TV. We also just finished "The Internship." We love comedies- It gets rated an 'A' from us, we laughed our butts off.  Next, I have the movies like "The Heat" and "Now You See Me" lined up and ready to watch. Oh, & I finally finished ALL 8 SEASONS of "Weeds." Everyone has always talked about it, so I gave it a shot and 3 weeks later, all done! Now on to Gossip Girl, Season One, Ready, Go!

eBay biz is still blossoming. Pretty happy about that. However, the post office I'm not such a big fan of. Thank goodness there are machines in the lobby of our local post office that you can use to ship smaller packages. Luckily. Otherwise, I'm sure I would be known by name considering I'm in there AT LEAST twice a week.

On another note, there is some Florida State football on tonight that I'm ready for. Go Noles, Beat Duke!

How far along? 32 weeks! asdfjkl;!!
Total weight gain/loss: Is it wrong that I haven't weighed myself in awhile? haha- I don't want to see the damage taking place. I'll wait until the next doctor appointment to feel the shame.
Maternity Clothes? Got my new items in the mail! New pants, new shirts and new cardigans! I'm shlovin' it. Motherhood Maternity is my favsie.
Stretch Marks? Blah. Just that one. Let's keep it that way, por favor.
Sleep: Check out my above remarks about sleep. Ukkk. This is my life, currently anyway.
Best moment(s) this week: I have a couple :D (I guess it was a good week!) 1- When Ace was laying on my stomach and Caroline did a very abrupt kick, it startled him.. just a little bit! It's funny how he maneuvers himself to lay with Caroline no matter what the cost or how uncomfortable he might end up. He's so cute with how hard he tries to lay with her.  His head is always on my belly. 2- Joseph went to kiss my stomach and at the exact same time, Caroline kicked right where his lips were. It was hilarious, after we had been playing with my belly for a bit, she wanted to play with her Daddy. Too Cute! 3- We got some great news from one of my doctors this week, prayers have been answered :)
Miss anything?: Not being exhausted All. Day. Long.
Movement: Constantly. She moves around a lot more at night now that she used to. It seems night time has always been her "favorite time" to play but now I'm woken up in the middle of the night to a very active little bean just jumping around.
Food cravings: Same stuff. Nothing weird, nothing new.
Labor Signs: Not yet.
Belly Button in or out? Still an innie. When do you think it'll pop?
What I am looking forward to: Our doctor's appointment on Wednesday! & Then Mi Padre will be down on Friday! (It's his first visit since we've moved here! REALLY looking forward to it :)
Weekly Wisdom: Always wear comfortable shoes while shopping. It doesn't matter how fashionable the shoes are, if you are out & about- your feet are going to DIE in uncomfortable shoes. (Lesson learned in Target....it was awful) & it didn't take long.
